Venue and business restructuring
Looking at how the venue actually runs — sections, service flow, opening patterns, the jobs nobody owns — and restructuring it so the room works with your team instead of against them.
Business & hospitality consultancy
Venues rarely fail on effort. They get stuck in patterns — a rota that fights the room, a team carrying jobs nobody named, a guest experience shaped by process rather than intention. I observe those patterns and help you restructure around them.

What the work covers
01
Looking at how the venue actually runs — sections, service flow, opening patterns, the jobs nobody owns — and restructuring it so the room works with your team instead of against them.
02
Most hospitality teams aren't short of effort, they're short of clarity. We build awareness of what each role is really responsible for, and the capacity to hold it on a busy service.
03
The guest experience is the shape of your operation made visible. We trace the signals — waits, pinch points, repeated mistakes — back to the process creating them.
04
Ongoing support for owners who want a steady outside view while they make the bigger calls.
05
Grounding for new or newly promoted staff: the fundamentals of service, standards and pace that keep a floor calm when it gets busy.
The path forward
A free 30-minute call. No pitch — a clear conversation about what's stuck in the business.
We trace the operational signal that's holding growth back, rather than treating symptoms.
You leave with clear next steps, and the option of ongoing advisory support to keep momentum.

Every business is different. The first 30-minute consult is free, then I'll tailor the work and cost to what we find.

About
I've spent more than twenty years doing two things at once: working through my own trauma, and helping employers fix and scale their businesses while still working inside the day-to-day. That dual view — personal growth and operational reality — is what makes the advice land.
As a certified Hive practitioner, my work with teens is grounded in understanding the nervous system — how stress, safety and calm shape the way a young person shows up. Before we ask a teen to change anything, we make sense of what their body is already telling us.
Recently I helped a business owner turn debt into growth by restructuring operations and building the capacity to scale. No big consultancy fee, no jargon. Just steady questions, clear next steps, and the patience to stay in it until the numbers moved.
The NZT framework
Every session — with teens and with business owners — runs on my NZT framework. It's the same three moves whether we're untangling a teenager's confidence or a venue's operations: build awareness of what's really going on, recognise the pattern driving it, and practise a better response until it sticks.
01
Slow down enough to actually see what's happening — in your reactions, your habits, and the situations that keep repeating. Awareness comes first; nothing changes while it stays invisible.
02
Once you can see it, name it. We zone in on the pattern — trace it back to where it started and forwards to where it shows up, at home, at school, at work. Patterns recognised are patterns you can choose.
03
With the pattern in view, we triage: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to leave alone. Then we build a deliberate response to replace the automatic one — small, repeatable moves until the new pattern sticks.

Let's talk
Tell me a little about the venue or business — what's stuck, what's hit a ceiling. Let's see if we align.
